    I am a member of the senior management team of the company and take a role in shaping the strategy and direction and the implementation of that strategy. I also sit on our internal architecture group which shapes and guides the development of our own methodologies. I have responsibility for all the technologies that we implement as well as a brief to ensure that all consultants are following our own methodology for implementations. I regularly project manage on multiple CRM and BI projects between the UK and Ireland. I have a senior role in any technical decision processes, often having the final say on that decision. As someone with a strong interesting in data visualization and design best practice, I take a lead role in setting standards for development and configuration.
